Please note the following information when making reservations:

Please inform La Villa Therese your estimated time of arrival & departure.

Check-in from 12.30pm and check-out by 10.30am​ (Exceptions to match travel/flight arrangements must be applied for at time of booking, you may leave your luggage in our reception if these times do not match your arrival and departure times).

Airport transfer can be arranged if requested. Only Airport Pick-up is complimentary if guests are staying for 3 nights or more.

Ferry transfer can be arranged at a surcharge

Children 12yrs old and under are free

Extra fold out Bed: €20

Travel cots are available in the bedroom apartments upon request

Deposit Policy

30 days before date of arrival, 30% deposit of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposits can be paid by bank transfer or credit cards. Balance can be settled upon arrival at reception with cash or credit card.
Cancellation Policy

In case of no-show, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.​

If cancelled or modified more than 1 day before the date of arrival, 30% of the booking item amount will be charged

Type of Payments
Payments can be made upon arrival at reception with cash or credit card. We accept most major cards.
Guests can also pay with cash Euros, GBP or Seychelles Rupees.
